AI Chat Analytics

On the Advanced plan, you can ask questions about your video performance data through the AI chat interface. Instead of navigating dashboards and filters, describe what you want to know and get an answer.

How it works

  1. Open the Analytics section in your VideoPoint dashboard.
  2. Click AI Chat or access it through AI Creator.
  3. Ask your question in natural language. For example: "Which video drove the most revenue this month?" or "What is my conversion rate uplift on the homepage versus collection pages?"
  4. AI Chat queries your analytics data and returns the answer with supporting numbers.

Example questions

  • "What are my top 5 videos by revenue this week?"
  • "How does my Stories widget compare to Highlights in terms of add-to-cart rate?"
  • "What is my overall ROI for the last 30 days?"
  • "Which products are most frequently purchased after watching a video?"
  • "Show me the funnel for my homepage widget."

When to use AI Chat Analytics

AI Chat Analytics is useful when you need a quick answer without digging through the dashboard, when you want to compare specific segments or time periods, or when you want to spot trends and patterns across your video data.
