Installing VideoPoint

Getting VideoPoint up and running takes about five minutes. Here is how to install it and connect your store.

Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the VideoPoint listing on the Shopify App Store.
2. Click Add app.
3. Review the permissions and click Install.

VideoPoint is now connected to your Shopify store.

Step 2: Product catalog sync

After installation, VideoPoint automatically syncs your Shopify product catalog. Your product names, images, descriptions, and variants are imported into VideoPoint. This happens in the background and typically takes a few minutes depending on catalog size.

You do not need to upload product data manually. Everything comes directly from your Shopify store.

Step 3: Explore the dashboard

Once installed, you land on the VideoPoint dashboard. From here you can:

• Open AI Studio to start creating videos and photos
• Go to Shoppable Video to set up widgets on your store
• Check Analytics to track video performance
• Visit Settings to configure your account
