  2. Go to Settings > Plan.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will receive the additional AI Points and video views right away. Your billing cycle adjusts based on the Shopify billing schedule.

Downgrading

To downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Open the VideoPoint app in your Shopify admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
  4. Confirm the change.

When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. Note that some features (like bulk generation or custom templates) are only available on certain plans. If you downgrade below that tier, those features will no longer be accessible.

Cancelling

To cancel your VideoPoint subscription:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  3. Find VideoPoint and select Cancel subscription or Uninstall.

You can also cancel from within the VideoPoint app under Settings > Plan.

After cancellation, your shoppable widgets will stop displaying on your store. Your generated content remains available in your account if you decide to resubscribe later.

Free plan

If you cancel a paid plan, you can continue using VideoPoint on the free plan. The free plan includes access to all core features with the one-time AI Points allocation and 200 monthly video views.
